These Terms govern the use of bvault. By subscribing, you agree to them.
bvault provides file storage with immutable retention, per-company isolation and identity via Microsoft Entra.
You are responsible for the accuracy of registration data and for the proper use of the account by your organization.
The plans and prices in force are those shown at signup. Billing is recurring per the chosen period; access is unlocked after payment confirmation.
You may cancel at any time; the service remains active until the end of the period already paid.
The service is provided per the contracted availability; our liability is limited to what is set out in the contract and applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
